The quartz tube is only replaced if it is damaged or if dirt, calcium, iron, etc. has accumulated, preventing the passage of UV radiation and thus reducing the efficiency of the device.

The additional charge of 9,96 EUR per package includes reinforced packaging (a cardboard tube in which the tube is wrapped in bubble wrap, and the entire tube is then packed in a cardboard box reinforced with bubble wrap) to prevent damage to the glass tube of the UV lamp during transport.

To connect the UV lamp, we recommend using UV Protect S PO20 surge protection in the socket before the transformer. This will protect both the UV lamp and the transformer from surges caused by, for example, current surges or storms.
