- A pre-filter for mechanical impurities must be installed before each softener.
- It is necessary to have a drain connection nearby, where the sedimented calcium, as well as iron and manganese from the filtration, is discharged.

After 5 minutes of operation, the filtration efficiency very slowly begins to decrease.
Transport of the filtration device
We recommend sending the device on a pallet to avoid damage during transport. If you will also purchase regeneration salt together with the filtration device, add the pallet to your cart together with the salt.
Installation and servicing of the device
Installation and transportation will be provided by our own service technicians (we have 14 authorized service technicians throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia). If interested, we would be happy to create a price quote for you. The installation price depends on the complexity and the materials used (connection hoses, valves, etc.). If you are interested in installation, please inform us in the note in the cart ("Enter a note for the seller").
Service replacements are recommended to be performed regularly once a year. The price for a service replacement is 1,990 CZK + travel costs, which are charged at a flat rate of 590 CZK (990 CZK for Prague and Brno) when the technician's trip is combined with additional installations or service work along the way.
