With a single press of the control button, you start the standard hydrogen generation cycle (3 minutes); double pressing starts a longer generation cycle (10 minutes). The more cycles you repeat, the better results you will achieve in ORP and hydrogen.

Automatic rinsing: If you hold the switch button for three seconds, the positive and negative electrodes will swap, and the device will enter automatic rinsing mode. 

Inhaling hydrogen from hydrogen water: remove the cap from the top of the bottle and attach the inhalation tube, which is included in the package. Remove the cap from the bottom of the lid to allow hydrogen to flow into the cannula, turn on the bottle for 10 minutes, and you can inhale during the process. We recommend inhaling twice a day.
