Special filter cartridge for the removal of iron from water. Fits into filter housing: 20" (20" x 4.5"). This cartridge is recommended for locations where the installation of a conventional iron remover is not possible or for seasonal use. For best results, we recommend a mechanical pre-filter PX 60 against mechanical impurities, which extends the life of the filter cartridge.

Technical specifications:

• Recommended maximum water flow: up to 40 l/min (3 m³/h)
• Effectively removes iron from water, concentrations up to 3 mg/l.
• Improves the taste of water and removes metallic flavor.
• Protects pipes and heating elements from corrosion.
• Prevents the formation of rusty stains on sanitary equipment.
• Operating temperatures: 0°C-50°C

Recommended working conditions for input water for filter FZ 20:

• pH > 7.0
• Silica concentration < 100 mg/l
• Magnesium concentration < 1 mg/l
• Iron concentration < 3 mg/l
• Bacteria - None
• Hydrogen sulfide - None

Notes:

• The filter cartridge for filter FZ 20 removes only iron, not manganese.
• Failure to meet the above conditions may lead to a shorter lifespan of the filter cartridge.
• Do not use for water of unknown quality. If necessary, use disinfection.
• Dimensions: 20" x 4.5" (505 x 118 mm)
